When will you ship out orders?
On average, it takes me around 2 to 6 days to print a shipping label, package your order, and drop it off at the post office. However, please allow for 2 weeks of handling.

How long will shipping take?
Within the US: 1 to 4 weeks.
Outside of the US: 2 to 8 weeks.

If you select tracked shipping, you'll receive a USPS tracking number from Pirate Ship.

I changed my address / I wrote the wrong address!
I double-check addresses and will get in touch with you through email if I notice that something might be missing. However, to avoid any potential issues, please double-check your address before payment.

If you do notice a mistake after finishing your order and before receiving a tracking number, please contact me ASAP at inbox.banshees@gmail.com. Once orders have been shipped, the package is out of my hands and I will be unable to make any further changes. If a package is returned to me, I can resend it to you for the cost of shipping.

Import Taxes
Please remember that when purchasing anything from this shop, you might have to pay additional import taxes on the order when it comes into your country.

Lost/Damaged Mail Policy
In this case, "lost" means that an order has not been delivered in 2+ months. Damaged means severely bent, torn, or waterlogged, but this does not include postcards in paper envelopes with dented corners.

For untracked orders of postcards and/or stickers, I will offer a refund of the item itself. I can also resend it to you for free once if I have more of these items.

For tracked orders of postcards and/or stickers, I will offer a refund of the item itself (not including the shipping fee or international taxes.) I can also resend it to you for the price of shipping once if I have more of these items.

For orders of originals that cost less than $100 (including shipping), I will offer a 50% refund of the item itself (minus shipping and taxes for international customers) if it arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all.

All orders that cost $100 or more (including shipping) will be insured with USPS's Standard Shipping Insurance. If they arrive damaged, please take photos of the damage, mail them to me at inbox.banshees@gmail.com, and I will file a domestic or international insurance claim for you.

If missing, I will first file a Missing Mail report for you, and if this does not resolve the issue, I will escalate to an insurance claim with USPS. Once the claim goes through, a refund will be issued to you.

For orders worth more than $500 that are shipped within the US, the recipient may be required to show an acceptable primary ID before USPS will deliver the mailpiece.
