Shipping

Where do you ship from?
Massachusetts, in the United States.

Where do you ship to?
Starting December 2025, I will be unable to ship outside of the United States. This is due to having less time to help customers if any shipping issues arise, and international orders are often more complex than domestic ones. Thank you for understanding! I will make international shipping available again as soon as I can.

Usually, I can ship anywhere that the USPS is shipping to. To check which countries are unavailable, see this page.

When will you ship out orders?
On average, it takes me around 2 to 6 days to print a shipping label, package your order, and drop it off at the post office. However, please allow for 2 weeks of handling.

How long will shipping take?
Within the US: 1 to 4 weeks.
Outside of the US: 2 to 8 weeks.

You'll receive a USPS tracking number through email that you can input here.

I changed my address / I wrote the wrong address!
If you notice a mistake after finishing your order and before receiving a tracking number, please contact me ASAP at inbox.banshees@gmail.com. Once orders have been shipped, the package is out of my hands and I will be unable to make any further changes.

If a package is returned to me, I can resend it to you for the cost of shipping.

I selected the wrong shipping option!
Please email me at inbox.banshees@gmail.com and I will either create a payment link to cover the cost of more expensive shipping, or give you a refund if there is a cheaper shipping option that you wanted.

Import Taxes
Please remember that when purchasing anything from this shop, you might have to pay additional import taxes on the order when it comes into your country.

Ordering Multiple Items

To order multiple items, you must purchase each one individually, as this store has no cart functionality.

If you live in the US, you do not need to do anything else. I will automatically place your items in one package.

If you live outside of the US, please purchase all items with free US shipping, and then get in contact with me at inbox.banshees@gmail.com so I can create a payment link for you to cover international shipping.

To get an idea of how much shipping will cost, look at the item you got with the largest dimensions. In the shipping section, you can see the prices for First Class (1-4 weeks, ~$25) and Priority Mail (6-10 days, ~$60.)

Tell me which kind of shipping you'd like in your email, and I will reply with a link to cover the costs.

Insurance & Signed Delivery

Within the US, orders shipped with Ground Advantage and Priority Mail are automatically insured for up to $100.

Outside of the US, orders shipped with Priority Mail International and Priority Mail Express International are automatically insured for up to $200.

If your order is worth more than $100 and does not fall into either of these categories, I will manually insure it through USPS at no additional cost.

Insurance does not cover shipping fees or import taxes.

Please email me at inbox.banshees@gmail.com if you would like signed delivery for orders under $500.

For orders over $500, signed delivery is required.

International customers: Please note that your local mail carrier may require you to sign for your order regardless of its cost.

Lost/Damaged Mail

In this case, lost means that an order has not been delivered in 2+ months, and there has been no update on the tracking page.

Damaged means your item has been severely bent, torn, or waterlogged in a way that cannot be fixed. However, this does not include minor or unavoidable damage like dented corners on things sent in an envelope with a stamp.

Please note that I cannot offer a refund for lost or stolen items if the tracking page says it has arrived.

For untracked (stamp & envelope) orders of zines, stickers, and postcards that arrive severely damaged or don't arrive at all, I can resend one copy to you at no cost if I have some available.

For tracked (rigid mailer) orders that arrive with severe and irreparable damaged or don't arrive at all, I will refund the cost of the damaged or lost item(s), not including international shipping costs or import taxes.

(Since tracked US orders have free shipping, I will have to deduct $15 from your refund to cover the shipping cost, payment processor fees, and materials.)

Materials & Precautions

Materials:

For gouache, I use Winsor & Newton Designers Gouache (Permanent White, Permanent Yellow Deep, Winsor Red, Winsor Green, Quinacridone Magenta), ShinHan Professional Designers Gouache (Ivory Black, Ultramarine Deep), Schmincke Horadam Artist Gouache - Vanadium Yellow, and Holbein Artists' Gouache - Primary Cyan

For ink and markers, I use Higgins Waterproof India Ink and Sakura Pigma Microns, Sepia, 0.25mm. Both are lightfast.

For painting surfaces, I use Legion Stonehenge paper and Saunders Waterford watercolor paper. Both are 100% cotton and archival.

Precautions:

All of the paints and surfaces that I use have high lightfastness ratings. However, gouache paintings should still ideally be displayed in a matted frame with UV resistant glass in order to prevent fading. Additionally, the gouache that I use is water soluble, so please keep gouache paintings away from liquids and humidity.
