Description: Here, the geoduck (Lushootseed: gʷidəq, Hharmari: gwidũk) is shown with its shell still on, but the skin of the siphon has been removed, and the belly has been cut open to reveal the gonads.

Geoduck was imported to the Green Sea by traders who have crossed the Eastern Ocean. Both edible and ornamental varieties are grown, especially in the dye-murex producing cities. They can be eaten raw, or served in a soup with braised kardo.
