A New Place for The Golden Net

Story Updates
Writing for the final part of the story is underway! Technically, I started at the end with this story, since the first thing I made for The Golden Net was this illustration way back in 2023. It shows Miro taking revenge against his childhood friend and murderer, Atan, by transforming him into a fish and tricking Atan's brother, Kefa, into eating him.
When I made the illustration, I had no idea what could lead up to a moment like this, only that that this is how things would end. So, the goal since then has been to create the world that these characters live in, give them the skills they need to make the Golden Net, and add a whole lot of flavor, motivation, and unexpected turns to their journey.
A New Place on the Site
Another goal of mine has been not to sear my eyes out (or the eyes of anyone else, for that matter) when reading the story text. So, I've created a reader theme that has a lower-contrast light/dark mode and font-toggling, as well as other nice things like aquatic-themed styling. The story (and material related to it) have now been moved to their own part on this site that uses this theme!
I really like this theme, and I'm happy to have everything for the story in one place. I hope this makes it easier for you to walk though this strange little world by the sea.
