Shipping/Refunds FAQ
Where do you ship from?
The United States.
When will you ship out the orders?
It takes me around 4-7 days to print a shipping label, package your order, and drop it off at the post office.
How long will shipping take?
Within the US: 1-4 weeks.
Outside of the US: 2-8 weeks.
If you select tracked shipping, you'll receive a USPS tracking number from Pirate Ship.
I changed my address / I wrote the wrong address!
I double-check addresses and will get in touch with you through email if I notice that something might be missing. However, to avoid any potential issues, please double-check your address before payment.
If you do notice a mistake after finishing your order and before receiving a tracking number, please contact me ASAP at inbox.banshees@gmail.com. Once orders have been shipped, the package is out of my hands and I will be unable to make any further changes. If a package is returned to me, I can resend it to you for the cost of shipping.
Import Taxes
Please remember that when purchasing anything from this shop, you might have to pay additional import taxes on the order when it comes into your country.
Lost Mail Policy
In this case, "lost" means that an item has not been delivered in 4+ months.
I will not replace or refund lost untracked orders.
For tracked orders, I will offer a refund of the item itself (not including the shipping fee) if the order is lost. I'm just one person making and shipping these items, and at the moment, I can't afford to replace or resend items due to limited inventories and budget.
I am not responsible for orders that are lost after their tracking status says delivered.

To add more stickers/postcards to your cart, click on any item and then select what you want from the "Add to your order" section. You can also select the quantity of each item.
Originals must be purchased separately.
Originals
Note to customers outside of the United States buying originals: After successfully purchasing original(s), please click this link to add a flat fee of $20 to your order. Without adding this amount, I cannot ship originals internationally. I regret this additional cost, but it will allow me to keep on making and sending artwork to you! Thank you.
Note to all customers buying originals: Originals must be purchased individually, but if I see that more than one is going to the same address, I will place them in the same package. I apologize for the extra steps you'll have to take!

This work is not fully lightfast.
The light colored markers used in the background and on the striped pants may fade over time if exposed to direct sunlight. To best preserve this work, please display under UV resistant glass/plexiglass, or keep in storage.
